I grew up in the small town of Olivia, Minnesota, moved to the "big city" many years ago, and I've been in love with the Twin Cities ever since.
I started my accounting journey at Berc and Fox, where I made a number of great
connections that have lasted throughout my career. I later became a controller
for various companies in the construction, engineering, and mortgage industries.
Then I received a B.S. degree from Bethel University and launched my own mortgage
company, a great learning experience and a perfect segue into joining Certes'
fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. I learned about Certes at a networking
event, and when the opportunity was presented to work with this great team, I
answered with a resounding yes!

My husband, Paul, and I live in Savage with our blended family of four adult kids. We spend a lot of time with our family and enjoy visiting our college students. In fact, if you need the inside scoop on college campuses, let me know! Travel is something that we are growing to love and we have a long list of places to visit. I am passionate about the outdoors and love to go hiking, camping — you name it — any chance I get.
